in fact if you ever try to import batteries using air freight (not from china of course), the best is to have the MSDS, as it shorten any unnecessarily discussion with your shipper.
i am in such a situation. i am trying purchase Efest 18500 IMR, and in need to MSDS.

i have sent email to the reseller, and Efest battery for E-cigs which i assume is the manufacturing, no reply till moment
