Dilluting nicotine....?

Hey all greetings and hello!
Good to be here.
I was wondering how i would go about dilluting 100mg/ml nicotine vg based to a 50mg/ml based on 50/50% vg-pg...
Would i just mix the liter of 100mg/ml vg nicotine with a liter of pg?
Just wanna make sure with you guys before i go about it... would appreciate any tips if anyone has to share

No.....it is 10% nicotine 90% VG so adding it wouldn't be 50/50 if mixed with one liter of pg

Using 100 mg/ml is pretty standard. It's also cheaper to use, because if you diluted it, you'd have to use twice as much.

There's a difference between 100mg/ml and 100% nicotine.

One is 100mg of nicotine in each milliliter of liquid, and the other is pure nicotine.

You can't vape either straight out, but for pure nicotine, you have to have a bunch of safety precautions, and I'm sure some sort of license.

100mg/ml concentration in a 100 ml bottle is indeed 90% vg. it's 10% by volume.

I would rather dillute cause itll be easier to work with plus if i need twice as much ill have twice as much anyway so it wont be that mord expensive

I used to work for a juice company. I never worked in the lab myself, but I learned a lot. We had discussed a lot of procedures when we opened our new lab. An apron is also advisable. Nicotine poisoning can kill.

Also, 100mg/ml is what we used, too.

You are mixing up per cent and mg/ml.

48% is 480 mg/ml. That is almost 5x the Concentration of the nicotine you have now.

4.8% is 48mg/ml. No one vapes 48% because they would probably die.

No the nicotine will be 50mg/ml but the pg/vg ratio won't be 50/50. There will be slightly more PG than VG
