Did my shipment get snatched up in customs?

Please only speak from experience. I would appreciate it. I assume that customs is a obviouse common thing when getting something from another country but it spooks me!!!

It was 500 grams in weight which is a little bit more than one pounds. Don't know what kinda box they shipped it in.

Totally normal. In my experience it's in and out of customs within 24 hours. I have place several orders from China and they always go through this process.

I don't have any experience from ordering direct from China, but I have been thinking about doing so from Eastmall.

I have ordered a few times from Eastmall. It is usually less than a week from time of order to receipt

Try your tracking number on the USPS website - it may provide additional information.

also, sometimes they forget to scan the item when it leaves customs. There are also two more possible scans you may see after it leaves customs: one for local region's processing & distribution center and one for local post office (plus the delivered scan, of course)

You shouldn't have any problems with ordering from the Eastmall. I have ordered from their several times. No problems

I placed 2 orders with Eastmall. The equipmeny order showed as "In Customs" for 2 days. The juice order showed "In Customs" for 4 hours.

Both were delivered to my door by a USPS driver the day after they showed "Cleared Customs" Total time in transit was a week.

I ordered from ruyandirect thursday night. My tracking never showed customs. It came via ems and arrived today. So it took 5 days including the weekend.

I have had one order from Ruyan that never went through customs, and one that did.. Either way... no problem.. Eastmall... both went through customs but were in and out within a day.
