Did Canada Post stop providing Tracking info?

I've recently ordered vape kit online and they gave me a tracking number for Canada Post. Every time I've been trying to track from last 3 days, it's been saying no information available. I have tried official website, trackmycouriers, aftership.

Is it normal, should I wait a while for tracking information to be updated because of holidays perhaps?

Canada Post is backlogged, and probably working under non normal conditions due to current times. They most likely have your package, but have yet to scan it into the system. We’ve seen similar delays during the holiday seasons.
