charger problem

ok this happens with any charger i use from any usb port, from a wall charger, printer, computer, etc. when i first screw on the battery the light is solid red or flashing red, depending if i have no charge left or a little charge left. then it will flash red nine times and become either green or green and red together. is it a battery problem? all the other variables seem to be eliminated for this problem.

its a x2o brand ego battery.

also i need to know if the battery is still charging after its not red or flashing red anymore.

No experience with your specific brand, but it does sound like battery problems I've run into before.

Any type of short charging or no charging will effect only that battery and indicates it's gone or going.

right now its just steady green after flashing red when i first screw it in. and i know for sure its not anywhere near full charge.
