There have been a few changes to our warranty.
In addition to our current 30 day replacement warranty with Revolver Quick Return(prepaid return envelopes), we have added a 1 year replacement warranty for PCCs, chargers, and power adapters. This new 1 year warranty will go retroactive to December 1st, 2010. This means all purchases from December 1st til now will be covered by the new warranty.
We have also added a new optional 1 Year Battery Exchange Policy that you can get when you buy batteries or starter kits. The policy will allow you to exchange your battery within 1 year, for any reason. No questions asked.
