BEWARE eGo Booster Artisanvaping warranty Not Honored
I ordered 2 ego boosters through happyvapor order went as expected.
as I ordered 2 one I used 1 all the time the other I checked just to know it was working
and it did for a couple months,then it died.
I contacted happyvapor as they came with a one year warranty,and was directed to artisanvaping for warranty stuff.
I emailed artisanvaping with my order info and serial numbers
briefly stated that one had stopped working what do I need to get an exchange.
Sheila from artisanVaping returned my mail and informed me the egoboosters hadn't been registered.
The 6 mont return policy for registered egos passed,and they cant replace my booster,apologized for the
inconvenience, but they needed to follow company policy.
Now I'm not sure what the company policy is but the papers that came with the ego's
said they came with a one year warranty and take a moment to register.
Apparently the one year warranty is really 6 months even if you register according to the email reply
and you have NO warranty if you dont register!!!!!!!!!!
I have never bought a ecig product I HAD to register.I didnt know thats on me.
however I still have a product that came with a warranty and all proper documentation
I would have thought a good Company could have found some way to work with me.
But it is clear on my paperwork and thier website I went and looked at
