building coil/wick for first time - Multi Meter usage help

I am new to rebuilding atty coils and wicks,

Here goes,


I have the following multi meter (see photo below)


Where do I plug the black and read probe connectors into the meter?


What ohms setting do I need to set meter too?


When I have fitted my ss mesh wick (which I have oxidized) and put my coil turns around the wick(4 turns 0.20 kanthal wire) where do I test with my meter probe ends to test the ohms on the coil?


I am building wick/coils for my nova v2 hybrid

Here is a good video tutorial about mulimeters. About 5 mins in she demonstrates how to measure the resistant of an atomizer. You test a genesis the same way as any atomizer.
