Anyone used an ecig Car Charger?

I'm on my second car charger, neither seems to work but I'm not certain; I haven't let the car run for hours just to charge an ecig battery.

When I plug the car charger into the lighter socket the car charger light turns red. When I connect the car charger to the battery charger, the battery blinks a few times and the battery charger light stays green. I've tried multiple battery chargers and multiple low and very low batteries. The light always stays green.

Your experience?

Something must be wrong.

When I plug in my car charger and I plug it into the battery charger, my battery blinks a few times, but the battery charger stays red (car eiher on or off) until the battery is charged. It usually takes 2 hours to recharge.
