I just received this information and thought that all of you would be interested. Most anti-tobacco groups do not differentiate between tobacco use and nicotine use. The Boston Public Health Commission just passed a ban on e-cig use anywhere tobacco smoking is banned, even though they were provided with no evidence of harm from e-cigs. This includes outdoor patios of restaurants and loading docks. Anti-tobacco groups like this one in Texas are quietly working behind the scenes, and their success is our failure. In this case the group won't fund entities that don't adapt their e-cig free policy. PLEASE ACT NOW. Fight for your right to vape. Write letters. Make phone calls. Visit your state reps in person.

Visit CASAA | The Consumer Advocates for Smoke-Free Alternatives Association. There are a number of excellent resources there. This document, http://www.casaa.org/files/CASAA_Legislative_Packet_Regarding_Indoor_Bans_Web.pdf, one of many in our document library, has a wealth of information. Page 16 should have a positive impact on anyone who has no knowledge of vaping.

WE NEED EVERYONE TO HELP PROTECT OUR RIGHT TO VAPE!!! NOW GET TO WORK, contact this organization and inundate their mail box, in box, etc. with testimony about your success. Write letters to the editors of your newspapers. Stop this in it's tracks, the sooner we start fighting back the better.
