an addendum to the "best 801 atty for woodvil thread".... the generics

So now that I'm finally getting an 801 woodvil from Rob, I'm keen on investigating all the different 801-style atty's out there.

Now, I'm aware of the ciscos and Ikenvape ones (which I will get hold of), this thread is concerning the more generic types.

These would be (with some of the info I've discovered about them):

Sailebao's DSE801: the original and standard; currently high-bridge ; a very smooth vape; longevity has varied considerably

First Union Technology's RN4072: quite similar but low-bridge

joyetech's Joye302: low-bridge with two large holes, rather than four small ones; better throat hit, harsher flavor

BestEcig's BE112: low-bridge; not quite as compatible, regarded as the best?

Smoore's M201: will work with some mods and adapters for 801; better throat hit, harsher flavor;

Now I've seen that litecigusa stocks all these, so i guess I'll buy a couple of each and try them out on my Woodvil once I have it....

til then, I'm wondering what others have experienced with all these on a woodvil as far as compatibility and performance goes.

I dont know if these 801s are any good, but I do know Vapor Kings is an awesome company with fantastic prices on bulk attys. The 801 is the only one they don't offer a low res version in bulk though.

Not sure if they say the brand but 36.95 for 10 is cool, and their shipping is like 3 bucks or something reasonable.

BULK 901 801 Joye 510 and 306 atomizers

I've purchased about 70 I think between LR 510 / SR 510 / LR 306 ... those were all genuine Joye.
I think I will throw a 10 pack of their LR 901 attys on my next order to try out. I enjoy a 901 with a drip shield from time to time. I might throw the 801 on too, might be good for 5v or 6v

That's cool; can't see on the site whether they ship internationally though (they only mention Canada....)

I have tried 801, 302 and BE112.
I prefer 112>302>801. 112's have great flavor. Draw can be tight, though.
302's have a tendency to dry burn/hit easier. 801's leak too much.
Just my opinion.

(by the way, is the Joye 302 the same as the Janty kissbox one do you know?)

I THINK the Janty is a 302?
