Alignment of eGo Mega Cart(cylinder) to Atomizer

I just got a cylindrical eGo Mega Atty and I'd like to know if I should align it's cart like I would for a regular 510 cart to a regular 510 atty.

I tried a couple of times when I first got them and didn't really notice any difference. I tend to prefer lining the cart up with the button anyways.

+1 I always just alighn the tip so that my thumb is on the button when the tip is comfortable in my mouth.

If your atty does not get very hot you should not notice at all the difference but, as said above, I prefer to get them properly aligned.

And is properly aligned the same as the regular 510? Bridge horizontal, cart vertical?

Yes, but I prefer to define it as fitting the shape of the cartridge with the shape of the white chamber inside the atty. There are many imperfect atty's with bent bridges, for example.
