No answer from GV for the moment, but today I got the new Solo from the Italian shop! Excellent support from the seller
let’s see if GV will answer me, I asked for receiving a replacement chipset, if possible, to fix it or if they have other suggestion for unbrick the mod

Good to hear.
They aren't going to send you a PCB. They can't rely on someone being able to disassemble the mod and properly do the soldering required even if the customer says they can. Also, taking the mod completely apart will most likely compromise it's water and dust proofing seals.
Just use the damaged one for parts.

You have 2 mods for the price of one now, plus one for spare parts. You got a good deal. Those spare parts are worth a good bit in retail cost on Geekvape's site.
