I had an experience with a b&m that was quite eye opening. I purchased my first mech mod k100 and an igo w at this place and had them drill it out and build my first coils. They set it up with a dual 3 wrap with 28g kanthal and gave me a 18490 battery and sent me on my way. Noticed everything getting hot and so I decided to go back to a carto until I could go back in.
Went to a different shop closer to my house and had one of the guys check it out. Turns out the coils were sitting on the deck shorting and it metered at .3
Thankfully these guys new what they were doing and got me all sorted out. I jumped onto ecf from this new shops suggestion and started reading and learning.
Im still baffled they would sell me that and not give me any info whatsoever.
