I solved my flavor problems.

What i did was rinse out the end of the atomizer with warm water, then blew from the side that screws into the the battery all of the water that when it out of it, then blew on the end of the atomizer.

I then wrapped it up in a wash cloth and let it sit out overnight and most of the next day.

I started dripping 2 drops of mint on every 20 or so hits and the flavor is good again.

I have just rinsed out my other atomizer and am letting it sit out tonight to use with my flue cured.

oh yeah throat hit after doing this and after dripping is great

I used 1 for mint and 1 for flue so that i get the full flavor of each. I'll let you know how the flue tastes after

I still don't taste it as much just because of tolerance, but i will solve that soon by ordering other flavors that way i can go from one to another.

True flavors do not show unless you designate an atom or clean em like you stated.

Your cleaning method is probably the easiest way and does least harm.

I clean on random for fun by using the washout way, I would like to see how the flue taste is when you try it. The flue has the most flavorful that everyone is seeking.
