Trouble Logging in

Hi

Been trying to log in to place an order with my existing e-mail and it won't let me log in.

I clicked "forgot password" to try a new password but received no e-mail.

I checked my spam folder and nothing there.

Maybe the "forgot password" link is not working?

Please help because I want to place an order and can't. :(

thank you for your asking here.

normally when people click "forgot password", a new password will be sent to your resigertered email address at the moment. however some customers did not get the emails including passwords timely because our emails go to their spam folder or our emails from support@healthcabin.net were refused.

so we suggest you to check spam and make sure our email is on your white list.

if it still does not work, i am sorry that we can not find out the reason in a short time. could you sign up a new account with a new email address? :)

Got it sorted now. I had to log in to my service provider's website to change the spam filter.
I couldn't change the settings in my windows program.
You can tell other people having the same problem to do this.
