Signed, 40 more. I just read one of the Bills... scary, bizarro-worldl stuff. Under one of the bills, I'm pretty sure I could be fined for giving my mom the e-liquid that I mix. They're conspiring to commit countless cases of 1st degree murder, no doubt about it.

I have looked just a little bit and can't find what the base line was needed for this.

I did find this in the Tips and guide section:

Reaching a signature goal.
Let supporters know when you're celebrating the first 100 signatures, the first week of signatures or that you've surpassed an initial goal. You can always set a higher goal once you've reached your benchmark.

I wonder if the original goal, that was set, was met and then bumped up?

Because Many/Most Times a Goal is Reached, then Interest seems to Fall Off.
