Nano II??

So I am new to vaping, and I just ordered my first eCigar. I will write my impression once I try it for a few weeks.

I would prefer (I think) a v. small ecig, and in doing my research here and other places; it seems the suppliers in China lack the product quality I would desire. So that lead me to Sedansa, specifically to the Nano II. My questions:

1. Am I correct in assuming the quality is greater at Sedansa? (the price is)
2. They don't have may flavors for the Nano II. Could I be successful in refilling the Nano cartridges with eliquid from other suppliers?
3. I can find "0" reviews of the Nano II! Has anyone laid their hands on this thing?! :?

I just received a Nano IIand will review it as soon as I have time. It is a very exciting product from my initial experience.
