I hesitated in writing a review for this flavor as it was the first vendor I ever ordered juice from besides MV who I bought my first e-cig back when I was still in training wheels. I didn't know much about juices and was blindly surfing around for a place I could a cheap sample pack and stumbled across word-up. I ordered a 5-5ml sampler and one of the flavors was Redbull. I was anxious to try it and pulled it out first right from the mailbox and threw it into a fresh cart, dripped a couple on my atty and vaped. needless to say I was unimpressed. Even from the look of it, I assumed it was going to be red-bull colored which actually matches the color of a lot of e-liquid out there but it was red. It had a very very strong harsh inhale to it and on the exhale tasted a lot like cherries.
If I wanted cherry juice I would have ordered it, I wanted redbull.
I should have stated earlier that I purchased the sample pack at 36mg. Need I remind you nowhere on the site did it say I should cut it down or dilute it (being my first juice order and a virgin to these things I didn't know) Before long I had a headache and swore it off. Turned me off completely and didnt touch any of the remaining four bottles.
Let's fast forward a few weeks.
I have ordered some juices from a few other vendors and had some happy times and some disappointments. I learned through this time that 36 should be diluted and a couple days ago I went back to the redbull. I bought a 6oz btl of VG at the pharmacy and literally cut it 50/50 with the redbull. Bringing it to 18mg. It barely lightened the color of the juice. Through it in a cart again and ripped away. I found that once again it had quite a harsh inhale (which to some maybe great but to me throat hit isnt something high on my list when I venture into drink or fruit flavors) Phenomenal vapor production that I attribute to the addition of the VG, and exhale I found to still taste like cherries but not as strong. Still no redbull flavor though.
Funny thing is though my wife, who never smoked analogs in her life likes the flavor, but agrees it's harsh.
Still havnt touched the other four and actually gave the Marlboro to my Dad who was running low and waiting for some liquid he ordered to come in the mail. I gave him some VG to take with him along with a verbal disclaimer.
I wish I had better things to say about Word Up but I don't maybe someone out there has something positive but now that Ive looked through the reviews I cant remember seeing a single one for Word-Up.
Maybe that's telling me something, not worth the time it takes to type about it.
