I realize puffs isn't an accurate measurement because he hooves on his. I appriciate answer. thanks! also, his batteries seem to be coming "alive" with each new charge in dock.

Just got one of these yesterday along with a Kanga Top tank Mini and i'm very impressed. I was using iStick 30W with a Kanga Sub Tank Mini and i wasn't getting the hit i wanted but even at 20W with the new setup it's better and 35W gives a great throat hit with my regular 18mg juice. Battery life should be great on this thing!

Agree w/KenD- it's the actual 'fire button depressed' time that matters, puff counts are not as precise. Otherwise, there might be a difference between your and his batteries. If you're not already trading them between yourselves, try using his, and him, yours to see if there's any difference. Guessing you both use the same charger but if not, different chargers can charge to different cut-off voltages.

We use the same charger and have done some research since.
Every battery made has a slightly different chemical makeup. This being said, battery life can differ slightly depending on the battery. Thanks all who contributed.

Just bought this. I really like it so far. The 2 battery option is good for me when I'm out and about, 3 battery for home or in the car. So far I'm impressed with it. Firmware update is supposed to support 250 watts. I never go that high so I don't know if it's true. I just updated it but since I'm only using two batteries right now I can't tell. Cool mod though.

After the fact I realized the power cuts as soon as the battery door pops off. I'm thinking the guy who showed it to me knew that after I came in there a bit shaken up. So props to him and wismec for thinking about it. I like it so far but have to buy 3 more batteries.

Same here on the batteries. For now I have 4. I'll pick up 2 more when I get a chance to.
