Wireless Charging???

Anybody know of a good pod system, or better yet, a good 100w plus mod that can charge on a wireless charger like a phone, watch, etc.? I like technology, so the vaping fits right in my hobbies. I have to believe that some of the companies are at least working on it. Anybody seen any news about this?

Vaporshark had a mod that supported wireless charging roughly four years ago. It wasn't a big hit.

Vape mods aren't really a good fit for inductive charging coils.

The big ones have a textured grip where the pad would go. The smaller ones wouldn't fit it at all. And a lot of tanks leak when laid on their side.

And is Digiflavor's solution really any better than plugging in a USB cable?

It eliminates the wear & tear on the USB port. Other than that, I see no benefit.

With that, and Bluetooth firmware upgrades, the port could be eliminated entirely. That would make waterproofing that much easier.

Sorry, was actually vapor shark. They advertise this wireless charger as being compatible with their DNA mods, but I can't find info in that in the mod descriptions.

Thank you! It's worth a try. The other two mentioned above also look really good. As long as they are dual 18650 or better, and can support most whatever tanks I want to use....they are all contenders.

I used the wireless charger with the Vapor Shark rDNA 40 for a few months.
The mod and battery got very hot, and was slow to charge, so I stopped charging that way.
Maybe they have made improvements in 5 years.

Huh? A Juul uses a little USB dock with electrical contacts. That does not qualify as "wireless".

I think wireless charging is totally useless.
Using an external charger(a good one)batteries are charged properly.
You can inspect if batteries are in good condition,Torn wraps etc.
Also you can't vape while charging.
