For a b&m you need friendly knowledgable people and reasonable prices and decent juices. My local b&m has neither and only survives by ripping off noobs.
Online I like to see a good variety of e juices, different colors of batteries, tanks and drip tips, etc, and decent pricing.
In a b&m I like to see a cool motif. The ones that look like hang out spots and that display the merchandise also seem to be the ones that do better monetarily. The staff should be knowledgeable, but not cocky.

staff that actually knows about more than 808's and 510's and a shop that actually listens to what we want. Doesn't do you or us much good if you have a 100 of something we don't want but none of what we do

Fair prices. Even with great customer service its hard to keep customers with inflated prices
#1 thing I like in a B&M shop is being able to sample juices. Having a decent selection of devices that would be good for beginners to more advanced vapers would be the kinda thing that would make me steer people your way. Carrying Boge cartos would place you in a class by yourself in the local market.

give first time customers a complementary dripping atomizer, they're cheap and they wont have an excuse not to try your flavors. you'll probably end up selling more juice.
Liked and I was just thinking........ I like something nice to drink when I am vaping. Maybe some soft flavored waters or juices or something like that.
I agree. Would also love coffee, if you're calling it a cafe xD
If they let me hang out and drink coffee and vape I'd be willing to do that
