Maybe I am wrong but for me I think that the order is lost.

Any ideas about this?
Still nothing from the ticket I sent in.

I would like to thank Health Cabin for being professional during this difficult time with me, and a big thanks to the Help Desk staff who also put up with me asking my questions.

Also thanks to ECF for letting me vent on here.

When ordering from China, and shipping via China Post or EMS one must expect delays and a variance from the normal delivery times. Asking for refunds and threatening PayPal complaints of a company of good standing and track record might be taken by the community and HC as a bit harsh. If these delays are unacceptable, perhaps ordering from companies within your own country would be prudent.

sorry. normal china airmail is not back to normal. We do send china airmail to only a few countries now.
I do suggest you to use DHL or EMS, which is much faster.

I do suggest you to use DHL or EMS, which is much faster.

I know it is slow, but I do always get the item in the end by china airmail , even if I have to wait a little longer, even #111843 ,my last order, made a few weeks ago has arrived in the uk according to tracking (now just waiting for our lazy postman i guess..)

Please Re- enable china airmail for UK!!!!

DHL and EMS is too expensive for me, because of this price UK Vendors are cheaper / quicker to get- which means less business for your company (which may mean less salary for you in future? )

by the way i have been getting some carts and atomizer from some other company in china recently- no problems when they send by china airmail-(maybe because no nicotine /battery)- but i prefer HC products!

I agree with the above... I like HC products too..... But like Dafin says, the postage costs with DHL/EMS out weigh the benefits of buying from yourselves at this time, which is a shame and must be losing you custom, not only from the UK but elsewhere too...

I used a Chinese vender last month for some juice, he sent it out China mail and it was with me after around 20 days.
As far as I can see, it's only HC which have pulled the China airmail, lots of other venders still using it no problems

In that case. Is it possible to post some links of these vendors...... Now..... I ask because HC seem to giving no indication of when China airmail is going to be reinstated.... Some people may prefer the faster more expensive option which is fair enough, but some like myself and others don't mind the wait. This is due to the fact in many cases we have enough juice etc to see us through till the products arrive.
