Who vapes at work?

I vape openly, and happily, at the shear i run in the sheet metal factory. A strong 1/3 of the work force chews tobacco (and really people....how gross is it when you go to the drinking fountain and someone tossed their dip in there. A crime far worse then anything I have seen related to smoking) while working, including members of management. I would love to have them challenge me on vaping.
Exactly but the false claims about e-cigarettes have the bosses jumpy. It's so stupid in my opinion. I don't see how vaping at work could be anything but a win all the way around.
I vape freely at work, office environment and everybody has their own office, but I haven't been able to convince the other smokers to try it yet. They are interested but still nervous about giving up their crutch.. Iv'e told them to try vaping on their own terms while they continue to smoke but it's like they are afraid they will like the vape more than the smoke and talk themselves out of trying it.
I'm a librarian and I'm able to vape at work as long as no patrons can see me. I spend the majority of my time in the back office, on the computer and such, so that's fair enough. My coworkers are very supportive and just happy for me that I've quit smoking. My boss's concern is that if a patron did see me, they might make a complaint (whether they think I'm actually smoking or are just SOBs) to the System Director, who has a stick up it, and would probably be a party pooper.

My buddy vapes all day in his office, he's pretty much converted the whole staff including his boss. Even the UPS guy that makes deliveries now vapes because of him. We call him the prophet because he's so good at converting people, even though he himself was hesitant of switching for like 5 months when we first introduced it to him. his ECF name is cheifdiamondnipples haha! But yea, its a plus for him because his boss is loaded and will tell him to buy him a gang of juices, and if his boss doesn't like it then he gets to keep it! Plus he works in an environment where if he buys a high end device, everyone gathers around in awe and jealousy, as he blows mushroom clouds into the sky through his new nimbus or synthesis or whatever. only downside is that he's so hell bent on impressing everyone that he's probably spent about $2k in the past month hahaha!
OMG that's a lot of money but I'm so happy he's convincing people to kick the habit, that is amazing, I have converted 2 here at work and I'm working on others. It's funny though, I have a sample cartomizer that I will let people try it with (I always clean with alcohol between each try) the moment they hit it they bend over coughing like mad. Mind you, these are seasoned smokers who have been smoking longer than I have been alive but it gets a smoker every time when they vape for the first time. It did me lol
I work in the corporate office a bank. I told my managers and dept co workers about vaping when I first started. My managers said as long as no one complained it was ok to vape at my desk. No issues so far.
I vape during my breaks and my co workers do not seem to care. But I'm pretty sure my customers might think I'm on a crackpipe.
I vape all day every day at work.

I kinda wish I could do it at work, even though I know I wouldn't do it very much, and only on breaks, especially since the newest anti-smoking interference where I work is not being able to go out on breaks and smoke, only at lunch. Let's just say I work for a very, very large corporation and leave it at that. Oh and we can't do it on company property any more either. So now we have to either walk across the street to a park bench, or at least into the street. I work as a night shift lead on a production floor for industrial manufacturing. I wouldn't even WANT them to let us do this while working, (except maybe the secrataries) since they already spend way too much time fiddling with those electronic gadgets and mp3 players. E-cigs would be just one more thing for them to waste a lot of time on.
I used to work for Longhorn Steakhouse and it was the same way. No smoking anywhere on property at any time by employees Hmm anyway, despite working in a restaurant myself, my boss vapes and I'm allowed to vape to my hearts content, even in the kitchen

I'll have to dig around my work email and find the one sent out by HR that forbids using an e-cig ANYWHERE but the smoking area! Someone just HAD to go and stir the ...... Many had been using them and no one minded until "one day" and then it hit the fan. HRs reasoning/ruling was that it was NOT a cessation device but only a replacement and therefore restricted to use anywhere but the smoke areas. It may not for legal or liability reasons be called a cessation device but for me and lots of others that is exactly how we used them. Avoiding the smoking area was instrumental in my success. So...now I stealth vape.
I vape at work all the time. About 3 of my co workers vape as well. Boss thinks vaping is ......ed as he smoke analogs so he really doesn't care. (Tried switching him but he thinks its "gay") lol.

i vape at work, my bosses are supportive- and no one minds, even an ex smoker i share an office with doesnt mind - he told me i am a non smoker this week
