Hi,
I recently bought a T18e Prism. It's a non-adjustable battery and tank combo.
I like it, but it is permanently set at 15w. This gives an experience quite like smoking, however it's quite hot and i'm concerned about the health effects of using a 'high wattage' (i know people go to ridiculously high watts, but it seems the lower the better)
So i've swapped the battery for my old eleaf istick TC40w.

What's the maximum amount of watts that the T18e Prism with a 1.5ohm coil could handle?
and is there a minimum? I've been using it just now at 6.4w, and it's doing ok - certainly no clouds here, but man i worry about the health-side of things so much.

I vape coils from .6 ohm to 2 ohms on a Kayfun. Heat Flux is a function of wire size, coil diameter, wire type, number of wraps, and voltage. I usually vape at 15 watts and below, mostly around 10 watts.

You might want to play around with Steam Engines' Coil Wrapping calculator. Lots of variables come into play with a coil. Watch the results box as you play with the numbers. Green is good in the results thermometers!

I have one of these and I like it down to about 8.5 watts, but not much lower. It does get pretty warm during use, and the vape doesn't really get any "cooler" as I turn the power down, just less satisfying. I don't think I'd trust it up much past the 14 watts it gets from the battery it comes paired with.

surprised you say it is a Hot Vape?? Not familiar with your MOD or the coil
The Innokin T18 Prism tank (from the Endura T18 kit linked above) uses a top-coil design similar to the iClear 30S from a couple years ago. It's got a teeny tiny dual coil made of extremely thin wire right up near the top, just beneath the drip tip. It does make for a pretty warm vape, even at low power settings.

There Really isn't a Minimum Wattage for Any Tank or RTA. Only what the Minimum is that You Like.

I don't have that particular Tank. But there is Kinda a Rule that Applies to ALL Tanks. "Start at a Low Wattage and work your way Slowly Up."

You'll know when the Hit starts to get Too Hot. And or Starts to Taste Burnt.
