I have been collecting my bottles of Nicotine and I want to freeze most of them. Now what bottles do you use to freeze your Nicotine in? I see that the amber bottles are sold at WL and wondered if those would work ? I would like to break down some of them into 60 and 120ml bottles . I also noticed that nude nicotine has some with extended shelf life guess it is bottled with argon gas and called nude armor nicotine lol with the 2year shelf life sounds good ...anyone try this? May buy it just to store it since they come in 4 120ml bottles i can freeze 3 of them ...wonder if it is the same as the regular just without the air? any intel is appreciated..

And these bottles are ok to freeze?
Yes. Keep in mind the liquid won't freeze (solid), it'll just get really, really thick.

I've also been using 60ml amber glass boston rounds for nic storage for a couple of years. No problems.

If quantities of dozens interest you, you can find good deals on them on Amazon, too.

when i did my bottle research for nic quite some time ago i remember some lab junkies urging the importance for freezing nic to use the polycone lids if i remember it had something to do with it keeping condensation out of the bottle so all of my boston rounds i use the polycone lids and cobalt blue glass and i use clear for my vg and amber for pg so i dont have to lable anything each has their own color

These are the exact bottles I bought to store my Nic in the freezer.

I bought 500ml of 100mg/ml Nic. Broke it up into 60ml bottles. Kept out 1 for my working supply, stored the rest in the freezer. The Nic plus the bottles added up to free shipping ($65.00 or over) so the price of the bottles was reasonably taking the free shipping into account.

Tips:
1. When filling the bottles only leave about a 1/4 inch of air from the top. It doesn't freeze solid or expand like water. Air isn't Nic's friend, so the less, the better.

2. The 60ml bottles fit perfectly (upright) in empty, thourghly cleaned, 3 pound margarine containers. That's how I store then in the freezer.

Cheers,
Steve

I take it the amber or cobalt boston rounds best container to store nic liguid in the freezer? I've been making a lists of 'wants" , trying to narrow to "needs" so RocketPuppy's list was perfect timing! Reason asking about bottles, I use to make soy candles and have huge supply of small canning jars, jelly jars, but most with metal lids, plastic coated inside. Had thought possibly these placed or wrapped in dark box, bag or foil for freezing. Well, whats a few more bottles ........, I need a bigger house!

I bought the 500 ml 100 mg/ml Nicotine from Wizard Labs and divided it into these from Specialty Bottle:

Amber Euro Glass Bottle 100 ml w/ Dropper Cap (Blk) DPA100

These are the caps that come with them. I was put on to these by someone here as you can use a syringe through the dropper cap and there's less likelihood of spillage if it tips over. The 100 ml size helps also for handling while mixing in that if something does happen, it's not quite the disaster it could be with a larger bottle.

I was pleased with Specialty Bottle. Reasonable prices quick shipping and everything was packaged very well for shipping. The one thing that I didn't order when I got started but should have, was a couple of sizes of glass funnels.

i have 4 of the armor 100mg 120ml bottles in my freezer from 3 months ago.....never broke one open yet....now that the VT Nic is all I am using now they might get a long storage test.
:D
Oh and Specialty Bottle is the place...good shipping but a little expensive as they wrap the crap out of the bottles so no breakage.

I picked up the 200ml packer bottles from pod a while back, they were out of the 120 at the time, but i still only paid like $3.50 for the dozen 200ml bottles.I got those, the lids for them and 5 cobalt 30ml bottles with regular caps and droppers,it was less than $20 with shipping and all.Now that they have the 120 back in stock,i need to get some of those and some more 30ml.
I figure with the big 200ml bottles, they will take up less space in the freezer than the smaller ones, and after opening one,i can just keep that one in the fridge while using.
