What Order Do You Mix Your Ingredients?

So I just made my first juice and the first question I ran into was what order should I do everything? I put my Vg first followed by the nicotine then Pg and then flavoring. So im wondering if there's any particular order to mix everything that allows the ingredients a better/faster way to mix together that could even decrease steeping times?

Not sure if there is a 'right' way to do it, but I normally add my flavors altogether first, and shake them well. I add the Nic and PG, VG afterward, in no specific order.

I like to put the flavorings in first and then add the rest. In my mind, this just seems the way to do it... I like the flavors to mix with the VG/PG as I go.......its all in my mind. It probably doesnt matter.

I too mix the PG/VG and flavoring starting with a low % of flavor(s) if it is a new flavor(s). Then I set the bottle in some hot water for a few minutes and drip the mixture to test the mix. If all is good I add the nic. Just my way; seems to work and don't waste.

I always do my nic first. Ive memorized how much it looks like in each sized bottle so it helps me avoid the brain fart "did I just at 3.6mls or 2.6mls?". I usually mix a dozen bottles at a time and when I get into the groove sometimes I can't remember my last move. The only thing I never want to screw up is 100mg nic. Messing up the other ones isn't nearly as big a deal.

Nic, VG, PG, flavors. No rhyme or reason, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't effect the outcome.

I mix zero nic, so it's VG, then PG, and finish with the flavors. When I have added the last of the flavor, I take that syringe and fill it back up a couple of times with what is in the finished bottle to get every last bit of flavor that I can out of the syringe and into the bottle.

Nic, PG, VG, then I shake them. I let the bubbles dissipate. I add my flavoring. I swirl, not shake it. It's a OCD thing

I like adding flavors first then via syringes the rest that way as I add the nic vg and pg with a little pressure it sort of mixes it a bit.. as everybody said, i don't think it matters

I ask this question a few months back. I know when making a food recipe you follow a certain order. the response was it does not matter. I think it does or should but have not proved it. So, I mix all my flavors first then shake. Next I mix in my PG then nic base then VG. It just feels to me the proper method. After all, it's all about joining flavor molecules and what better way to jump start the process then by joining flavors first. I'll do a test sometime by mixing two batches. One mixed as normal and the other by mixing the flavors only and letting it steep a day before adding the PG VG nic. If the 2nd batch steeps faster than the 1st batch it will tell me mixing flavors first does matter.

Yeah that makes sense considering the steeping is in the flavor(s) I feel like it is harder for them to do their thing with the other stuff especially the vg,

I'm new to DIY, but from researching threads and just not wanting to waste nic, I mix pg/vg first, shake well, then add flavoring(s), then shake well, then steep for a few days to see how the flavor is developing - if I need to add more flavoring or if I need to tone it down with more pg/vg mixture. The last step is adding nic. I don't know if there is a better order, but this has worked for me so far.

I add my flavors and PG first, then my VG which includes my nicotine since I use a pure VG base. I find that I get better dispersion of the VG into the e-liquid when I put it in last. I also will swirl the tip of the needle around when I'm putting in the VG so it isn't sitting there in one blob but is mixed naturally as it sinks through the lighter liquids. When I was putting VG in first, I found it was difficult to get it to mix completely without a lot more effort.

i also shake vigorously at each step of the process. Flavors in? Shake. PG in? Shake. Nicotine base in? Shake. VG in? Shake. The greater volumes seem to allow a better mixing at each step rather than waiting until I have 30ml of a 33ml bottle filled. Typically I add in the order above. Nicotine base of VG tends to be a greater volume than the pure VG which is why it goes last.

From what I've experienced and read here, it's probably simply a case of personal preference just like which flavor is the best. I personally add my nic first, then my VG, then my flavors. I shake it like nobody's business, then put it in a hot water bath on a coffee mug warmer for a while before shaking it like crazy again. Everything seems to mix easier when it's much warmer than room temp. Then I'll taste some of it and adjust it accordingly.

Flavor first. If you don't then your juice will be unvapable and will be better suited for drain cleaner. Jk but I've heard flavor first is the way to go.

I like to add nic first. I can look at the bottle and usually tell if it's about right. Then VG and PG, adding flavors last. I was fortunate enough to have a little ultrasonic cleaner already, so I shake up my liquid, fill the UC with hot water and run it for a few cycles.
