And the carto i got 30 of for it is the single coil replacement carto with flange from smoketech 1.7 ohms but with vv you could do standard resistance too. Depends on your juice really. Fruits seem to like standard resistance is what i learned.

This combo is elegant and my favorite for ego vv. the tank is clear. Very. Not smokey like the pic. Chrome stays nice and sparkley and tips are comfy size and shape.
There s a learning curve. I use single hole and they need to be lazer drilled but two holes at most. Id rather drip a carto peridically than flood one with to mch. That is a big bother and usually keeps happening. It really depends on how thick or thin your juice is. Thin. One hole. Dry hit to prime maybe no power. I mean.

I heard to soak it (pro tank) in 100 proof vodka. To get the taste out. I never had that taste with mine.

Just to let everyone know....I got the metallic taste out of the pro tank. Someone mentioned using white vinegar. I put roughly 20% white vinegar mixed with 80% HOT HOT water, and let the pro tank sit overnight. I then dried everything REAL well, and let it sit out in open air for about 8-10 hours.

It did the trick! I'm really surprised, I didn't have much faith as far as being able to get the metallic taste out, but sure enough, it's gone!

Only been vaping for a month, but my lovely store put me straight into EVODs from the get go. I've played around with my daughter's set up as well as what one of my buds at work has, they both something entirely different from mine, and have to say "Thnnk You" to the folks at the shop. EVODs are the bomb for me! I am thinking about getting a Protank or two but I think they may tump over my little Ego batteries (and I'm not quite ready for a lightsaber yet.)

Id recommend either a Cisco Spec 306, or a carto tank. Low hassle. Good vapor.

I love the Kanger T3 Rebuildable Clearomizers.
They solved the problems I was having with the stock clearomizers. They are a larger (3ml) bottom coil tank so I can hit them as hard & often as I want & the tank lasts all day. With the stock ones (top coil with dangling wicks)I was fighting gravity and if I hit it too often I would get the dry/burnt wick taste. Not any more.

Have 2 Protanks on mine and love them. Haven't looked back since the first puff from these bad boys. There is a reason so many people talk about the Protanks. They are now beginning to flood the market and the prices on them are starting to drop so pick one or a few up.

Try kanger T2, top coil, no leak, easy to fill, changeable drip tip. I currently run kanger t2 and evod. The con of evod is the low temperature and massy fill up, but it does produce a little more vape than kanger t2.

The Protank and Vivi Nova can't be beat. Evod has been ordered and on the way, so maybe that one will be added to the list.
