Hi, I'm looking to purchase a 50mg or so saltnic juice with high nicotine satisfaction online. I started vaping on Phix, juul, Mr. Salt-e, and I just haven't been able to find something recently with the same kick as those, since all of the flavor bans occured here in the states. I'd appreciate any reccomendations you have. TIA

Also, what's your favorite refillable pod device right now?

i was told saltnic will harm my devices so I don’t use it. Saltnic can be a bunch of different things though and I don’t know which is which or does what. I suspect there aer salts that don’t, but apparently some do so I have to treat them all like they do as the actual material is not described. Some versions may not hurt it but all I ever see is “saltnic” which names only one of the chemicals in the salt-nicotine. The other one can be any number of chemicals, all with different properties. “High satifaction” seems like it means a partner chemical with a lower molecular weight so that there is more available nicotine.

Salt nicotine is chemically different to free base nicotine. I believe salt nicotine has the addition of benzoic acid.

That’s one of them. It’s what Juul reportedly used, though they never admitted it specifically and claimed it was an “trade secret”. Any mild acid will work as nicotine is a mild base (or is it the other way around? I forget) anyway you mix an acid and a base you get a salt. That’s really what a salt is. There are lots of options though and that’s just one. Another is what nicotine gum uses which is not that, though also a saltnic. That chemical begins with an “m” Iirc. They’re all different. Some are heavier, some are lighter, some have different bioavailability (though I understand it doesn’t differ all that much) some have weird flavors, some are outright poisonous. So just as “caustic” almost always actually means chlorine, but doesn’t actually have to, “saltnic” means nic and something else we’re not going to tell you Even if it’s usually one thing. It doesn't HAVE to be that thing. And that bugs me. The people that make juice will use what is heavy and cheap. Not what is safe long term. And unless they HAVE to use particular things, the door remains open to do whatever.
