I'm going on a trip and want the gum on the plane , but I only vape 6 mg. Eliquid....does anyone know how much 2 mg of gum compares it's. Not even mgs to eliquid. Thanks!

I am using absolutely zero science to back this up, but here is my opinion, as I've used a lot of Nicorette lozenges:

- the 2mg Nicorette will be just fine for you. In my head I equate the 2mg gum/lozenges to a light to medium smoker, and I would do the same for eliquid that's anywhere from 0 to maybe 10mg.

- the 4mg Nicorette, to me, is more for someone with heavy cravings. It's for the person who thinks the moment they wake up, before they even put their glasses on or brushes their teeth, "I WANT NICOTINE." If you're only vaping 6mg juice I think 4mg Nicorette will be overkill and make you feel sick to your stomach.

I vape 18mg juice, sometimes 24, and even I feel a little sick if I swallow too much saliva while using a 4mg lozenge.

Important note: if you're vaping your 6mg in an RDA then my opinion above goes out the window. However, if you vape using standard clearomizers, carto tanks, etc. then my recommendation of 2mg stands.

Obvious note #2: do not vape at the same time as using the gum.

You take the gum out of your mouth at will. And the act of chewing it releases (most of) the nic.
So basically, you control the "hit" that way....just like you control the 'hit' from e-cigs by how frequently and how long you puff.

Although I think you have much better control of the nic level with vaping than you do with the gum.

Be aware that the nic takes time to be absorbed (with both vaping and gum and lozenge and patch and....) so you have to account for the 'lag'.
