So, I'm tired of my sometimes drippy, hard to draw, odd flavor producing kanger tanks. I have a nimbus and origen v2 for dripping and love them both. But I need a good tank.

I think I want a bottom coil tank, and it HAS TO HAVE GLASS if there's a clear window (I use a lot of citrus and other tank crackers). I'd love to get an authentic squape or rose, but let's face it, I don't have that kind of money and I tend to go clone. I've read thread after thread about squape clones and now I'm not so sure.

I'm a flavor junkie and I love clouds. I build no lower than .7 ohms, and like to hang between .8-1.3 typically. I have several mods including a VV (svd) that lets me fire at .9 and up (haven't tried it any lower). Since it's a tank, I'd like the upper end of juice capacity as well (3ml or greater), that's part of why squape is so attractive (and the non-conductive coating...but I hear there are issues on the clones).

So, given this is what I want, AND I'd like a pretty easy build (though the origen v2 is a bit tricky I do it fine), people start throwing ideas out there for me. I'm looking at winsmoke squape clone, taifun GT, the Aqua, Fogger V4......(primarily clones, so if you can recommend clones that are better than others I'd like that too). Too bad there isn't a rose clone yet.

Anyway....fire away. I could use your expertise on how these build, and options I haven't explored yet. Was going to do a dripper tank but changed my mind....I like my cotton and I hear they are a b*tch to wick sometimes on those dripper tanks.

I have a Genesis RSST and a EHPro Kayfun 3.1. My favorite is the Kayfun. Mine came with a half polycarbonate and a full polycarbonate clear tube. I use the clear one. Polycarbonate is suppose to handle harsh juices, but I like Pyrex better. As Innocuous said, there are glass replacements.

I pocket carry my Kayfun with no problems, but I have had one drop or two come out the air hole from setting it on it's side. I think that came from the collector base into the air hole. Kayfun isn't foolproof against leaks, but it's a good RBA.

Cotton on a Kayfun is easy if you wind a straight coil using a drill bit, small phillips screwdriver, or a coil winder. Once you feed it through the coil you trim the loose ends and stuff them down beside the deck, making sure the cotton doesn't block the feed channels. Check out Rip Trippers on YouTube for good demos for Kayfun single and dual coils.

Here's Rip Trippers dual coil build on a Kayfun Lite. The KFL is pretty much the same as the 3.1, but there's no juice collector under the bottom and the 3.1 has an adjustable air intake, from what I hear. They both build the same.

Run, dont walk, over to 101vape and pick up the Kayfun 3.1 for $16. Best clone deal out there, and you'll have it in 2-3 days.
I have the Aqua, Fogger, KFL+, Taifun, and the very same KF 3.1 from 101vape.
Actually, I love them all (until my Taifun base shorted out), but if I had to choose, it would be Taifun>KF 3.1>Aqua>Fogger>KFL+.
Bear in mind, any of these will blow away a Kanger BCC, so you can't go wrong. Considering the draw, capacity, flavor, and build, the 101vape KF 3.1 is a steal!

If you have a Russian and SQuape, you should be good to go. You can get a glass replacement window for the SQuape at vaperev
Yup I got it used on the forums WITH glass installed. Used barely so its great. Took me multiple builds to get the wicking right and it was leaking like an m.f. come to find out the o ring wasn't installed on the 510 pin. Now I'm all set. Finally realized 1/16 bit wicks are just to small to prevent gurgling and learned a few tips on properly laying the wick in the channel, plus added a flavor wick and it never dry hits, gurgles or leaks any more. But jeez it was a pain to nail down.
