I got some coupons in the mail today for a vuse and a cartridge pack for free so I figured I'd try it for fun. It was the worst experience ever.

The quality feels horrible. The connection between the cart and the battery is a flimsy feeling plastic connection. I'm not sure how it's supposed to work. Do you push? Do you twist? Kinda hard to tell, sometimes it didn't make a connection. Same problem with the charger provided. The charger actually split at the seam when I tried to fit the battery in it.

Luckily, I didn't have to charge it. Not cause the battery was dead though. The taste was absolutely horrible. I had 4 people try it, and 3 out of 4 gagged. It's not just the taste, it's the 4.8% nic that really hits you.

The commercials make this thing seem like a solution to the problem caused by the people who make it, but I think it's true intent is to scare people away from ecigs in general. If that was my first, it may have been my last. The markten at least looks good.

could be..I think its just BT's poor attempt to market something they know nothing about
I really don't think that's the answer, cause they have enough money to design a flying car. You would think that they could at least design an ecig. It's a fairly simple design.

I finally got my $1 coupons that I asked for months ago the other day. Here's my impression of the product. Build quality is ok, charger works ok. Flavor is horrid, the menthol is slightly better than the regular tobacco. Yhey both have an almost musty taste to them. The hit is ok but not great. I guess I'll keep it in the car as an emergency vape. If they don't start selling some other flavors I think I'll write it off as a loss of $3

Exactly. They could come up with the best, most advanced, easiest to use e-cig in the world if they threw enough money at it.

BT do not want us to vape. I am not the tinfoil hat type, but I truly believe that BT are making the crappiest e-cigs deliberately to make people think smoking is the only way to get their nicotine.

100% Agree with Op!!!

Got the Free Coupons and like any good citizen, I'll take free and give it a shot.

GARBAGE!!!!!
Poor quality
Propitiatory (but refillable)
Impossible to get paste the NASTY taste to empty the cartridges. Worse than any Cheap China e-liquid I ever vaped, and I tried many when starting out.
Even the Cheap Virginia(smelled like Chesapeake Bay) tasted better.

I had thought, with the (2) extra cartridges, I could get away with a month or so of light use - occasional outings/local travels.

Well, at least I got a decent sized plastic storage container out of it.

I got the same free coupons several months ago, when I was still smoking. They weren't great, but at least they were enough to convince me I could get off the cigarettes, if I had something better. Compared to what I'm vaping now, yeah, they taste pretty awful, but at the time, they were still better-tasting than the cancer sticks. Definitely not something I'd recommend to anyone who already has even the most basic refillable setup, but I can see how they'd be good to get people to switch, especially if they don't even have to pay (or don't have to pay more than $1) to try them out.

while i havent tried the vuse, i have been seeing alot of commercials as of late....i am convinced that BT reps are aware how many people are using e-cigs in one form or another, and alot have successfully quite smoking, or at least cut WAY down on the cancer sticks..i also am convinced that they have people that peruse forums like this one to see what people like us are talking about, as far as gear and things like that..so they obviously would want in on the e-cig market shares...that's why i think they actually put some thought into their product, as crappy as it may be..i think they are trying to appeal to the masses, and lets face it, not everyone is comfortable walking around with box mods, large atty's, etc...although its not a big deal, i think the majority of people still want something that at least looks like an analog cig (at least those that are thinking of going the e-cig route)...at least at first that seems to be what most people try, plus they are fairly cheap.

whatever happens i just hope vapers around the country/world will be able to continue to vape without hassle from the government..i know just from the little time i've been a member here, reading about all the crap laws that states are trying to pass to hinder people like us from acquiring certain gear, flavored liquid, etc.

So if some people like the vuse, fine...but i hope i will be able to continue to be able to buy juice online or at the local b & m store, along with atty's, and all the other stuff we like to tinker with..from what i have learned i fear time is short..so i'm already thinking of what i need to stock up on so i will be able to vape for years to come.

Sorry i got a little off topic but anything made my big tobacco mixed with government regulations gets me riled up..lol

Don't take my comments wrong. I have nothing against Cig-a-likes in general. I Broke my 45+ year habit using 403 and 510 batteries with refillable Cartridges and Cartomizers. Both allowed ME to choose my preferred flavoring which made all the difference.
Having choices is what actually kept me from going back as I wades through Dozens of mixes to find a few that I actually enjoyed.

Though I have accumulated a vast array of Mods and tanks I still pick up the 510's on occasion with a Boge 2ohm carto.

Nic`d Up in Oklahoma!
I'm giggling....

Just saw the Vuse commercial on CNN about 5 minutes ago. Made me want to YAK!

I've tried the Mark Ten when I got one free in the mail about a year ago. I'm SOOOOO much happier with my iSticks/iPV Minis and my Protanks/Subtanks/Nautiluses/kayfun clones....

Ya, I saw that too, but on fox of all places. They certainly know how to through the "marketing" at it don`t they. I got the impression it would double as a TV remote and a microwave, and do the dishes too. I mean come on man, if it sounds TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
