There are no single 18650s rated for use at those amp levels, and there are inherent dangers in using a resistance that low. You would need to use a dual battery mod of some description to share the load. There are much tamer and far safer ways of making big clouds than kamakaze builds on a single battery mech mod.

If you raise the resistance up to 0.16 that would draw about 26 amps and you could use a 30 amp CDR battery and have some safety head room.

Sony VTC4
LG HB2
LG HB6

I apologize if I sound harsh, but having a face-full of teeth fragments and burning chemicals isn't something I would wish on anyone.
Of course, I would definitely take that into consideration. If I can even find those batteries on the market(authentics) I would def consider a purchase and swap out my vtc5s.

I know the 25R has a bit of an advantage over a current VTC5, but I have seen issues about 25R longevity and can vouch for the VTC5 in this aspect.

I have two that have been used daily for two years in everything from a 15W Vamo, mechs, to two different 60W single cell boxes and now are sitting in a 150W G2. They still have about %72 life after being charged 2A for two years. I don't pretend to understand how they still hold a charge so well, just that they do.

I would take a (two year ago model) Sony VTC5 over a 25R all day everyday. From seeing Mooch(s) testing results I ascertain that something about the newer VTC5 is different and not in a good way.

Given today's choices I would go with a Samsung 30Q or LG HG2 for 20A, for 30A I would go with VTC4.
