Welcome back folks for today's review of the ARGUS GT2 from VOOPOO. The ARGUS GT2 POD has probably the best display screens with animation on all of them and this device has some really nice features as well. First off it's has a 1000mAh internal battery with a wattage range of 5-30 watts, there are 3 power modes to choose from and there's also adjustable airflow. There's a lot to cover on this POD System but first lets get to know the ARGUS G2 with some information from the manufacturer VOOPOO.

    SEVEN SAFETY FEATURES

    FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Starting off with packaging, there's a side out tray with all the components placed in a White cardboard box that sits on top of the device with the 0.4Ω pod preinstalled inside the device. Packaging is simple but nicely done, inside the White box is a lanyard, 0.7Ω 2nd pod, charging cable and the user manual. I really liked the very classy appearance and could tell it was well constructed when I picked it up, this is no flimsy device by any means. There is substantial weight to the ARGUS G2 but not so much that it's heavy. I wanted to charge it to full capacity and that's when I noticed the first of many animations the ARGUS G2 has. The charge port is side mounted.

After the device was fully charged it was time to turn it on with 5 quick presses of the side mounted fire button and that is when I found out is also has haptic feedback with a very pronounced vibration along with a audible buzzing sound.

This is also when I realized that I could fill the lightly tinted pod without removing it from the device. :thumb: It was nice to see that the device has adjustable airflow using 3 airflow holes and a MTL airflow hole as well, adjustment is done using a lever.

There are 2 light bars , one on each side of the display that illuminate for a short time and then the working screen appears, everything is bright with vivid colors and the information is laid out in a nice grid style. There is a menu system on the ARGUS G2 that is brought up by using a few button presses. VOOPOO gives the user 3 power modes to choose from and each have their own display screen along with their own animation.

I almost forgot to mention that the pod installs as most do using magnets and these are very strong so strong that the device actually pulls the pod into itself. VOOPOO places a protective sticker across the contacts of the pod to prevent it from firing during shipping, remove it before using. The pod has 2 airflow feed holes diagonally placed across from each other .

The appearance of the ARGUS G2 speaks for itself with even the backside having a moving pattern like a 3D LOOK when light hits it, A LOT OF PATTERNS BOTH ON SCREEN AND OFF!

    FINAL IMPRESSIONS

To say I am impressed with this device is a understatement, the animation is really awesome and even though I've been using this device for some time in testing it I still find myself checking out the animated screens . I really had no issues using the device but I found when using it for RDL it felt like it was just short of a great vape. I can't put my finger on it but the vape just seemed like it didn't have that punch I'm used to, flavor was very good though.

Now when it came to MTL vaping I had zero issues, flavor was very good and airflow was smooth and having that smaller MTL hole let me tailor my vape nicely. After a few days I found myself just using it in MTL form with both coils and loved it using either coil. I do recommend the ARGUSG2 even though the RDL vape didn't pop for me but it might be just fine for you.

I would like to thank VOOPOO for providing the ARGUS G2 for the purpose of my review and I hope all your questions were answered, I also would like to thank all of you that read my reviews.

    THANK YOU
