Viva Nova Mini stopped working after 2 weeks??

Hey guys, 2 weeks ago i purchased the vivi nova mini from gotvapes.com. Today i was cleaning out my tank and after dry burning i put the liquid in and screwed on the top. As i began to pull i notices no vapor was coming out and that the vivi nova wasn't working. I even double checked to make sure everything was tightly sealed. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try changing the coil?

Otherwise, maybe your Vivi Nova is not making connection with the battery? Have you tried to fire your Vivi on other devices?

i tried it on other devices and it didn't work. I dont think it's a coil problem either.

Don't rule out the coil problem. Might as well try a new one just for kicks.

I love my mini's but ruined one a bit today. I bent the bottom piece a bit and it's jutting out of the threaded portion. I am going to try to tap it back in. With the one piece being off, I can't get a good seal.

Yea I just ordered a kanger protank and a vision victory. I think i'm going to give the vivi novas a break i have been experiencing problems with them.

Advice, if the coil glowed on the dry burn............ pull the bottom pin down a tad and try again.

Where is the bottom pin located?

I had this exact issue - try this. Pop off the little silicone piece on the head and just screw thead down tight into the post. Sometimes whrn you unscrew the top to fill or clean it will loosen those lower threads a tad.

By screw I mean use a screwdriver. Be gentle!

Thank You!!!!! I just did what you said and i used a screwdriver instead of tweezers to put the head in a tiny bit more. Works like a charm now!
