Any tips on this vendor? I've read some good reviews. Ordered a sample pack from a local (Houston) supplier of Virgin Vapor. Haven't received yet. They have two lines (both advertised as organic ingredients) I wonder why one of their lines includes ethyl alcohol as one of the ingredients? I'm not bothered by it, just wonder if that is a flavor enhancer or something that helps "meld" the ingredients?

I hope you like your new juices, but i cannot stand virgin vapors. They are one of the most expensive juice vendors, and i have 15 bottles of unvapeable juice taking up space. Their juice got slightly better after a so.id 2 month steep, but i still do not vape them. Only one of their juices tasted like anything (blackberry vanilla), and for some reason really irritates my mouth when i vape it. There are a couple of other threads about virgin vapors, and it seems like they filter their reviews to only show mostly positive ones.

I hope your experience is better, but i cannot recommend them at all.

I am pretty sure the ethyl alcohol is used to thin the juice since most at 100% vg, which is very thick on its own.

rounding third and heading home...
personally, their kona coffee milshake is hands down my favorite juice. so what? ALL juice is a crap shoot. try a a variety from a lot of different places. some you will like, some you will hate, and some you will love. what difference does it make what anybody else says about a juice or vendor(re: taste not customer service)? you are the ONLY one who can decide if you enjoy a juice or not. juice reviews are a waste of time-your tastebuds are the only review that matters............

I love VV because their juices seem less sweet, yet rounder and more robust than many others I've tried. That just happens to be my preference. But I take it many people really can't stand them, so there you go.

:)

As I understand it, the two flavor lines use different extraction processes (VV produces their own organic flavorings for both lines) and that one process uses alcohol while the other doesn't.

Tucson, it's a dry heat
I, too, love the flavor of Kona Velvet Milkshake, but dangit, all their juices make my lips burn. I think it's the alcohol. The "100% VG" juice is very thin. I emailed customer service with these complaints (especially about the lip burn) and NO ONE responded. I won't be ordering again. It's too bad, because the flavor is there.

I just got my order from them, I love Blueberry Bliss!!! Even straight outta the bottle, no steeping. Awesome customer service on my end, and my juices were done to my preferred mix and flavor bumped. I have 2 more flavors to try, but I know that I'm a fan. Those that haven't had a good experience and all that, I'm sorry. I haven't had a problem, and don't expect to. I will, and have recommended VV to my friends/family that vape/want to transition to it. I get mine at an 80vg/20pg mix with added flavor. Fast service, the only issue I had was that the postal service lied about my delivery date.

Everyone has their preference, but I am definitely one of VV's new loyal customers. I wish you luck on whatever you go with :)

Did you let them air out for a couple of days to let the alcohol evaporate?

The "100% VG" juice is very thin.
They thin their 100% VG liquids so they won't clog your heads.

That's odd. I've found their customer service to be first rate. Did you try emailing them again?

I love Virgin Vapor, I order from them every month.
