Vaporesso is able to repeatedly churn out vaping devices, the XROS series already had the XROS 4 and XROS 4 Mini and now it is enriched by the new XROS 4 Nano. The latest arrival has a nice pocket-sized design, is full of useful functions and has a remarkable autonomy. In the image below, you can see the small XROS 4 Nano Kit that seems to disappear in my hand.

The style and design are those of a classic matchbox, the lower base of Vaporesso XROS 4 Nano reports the information regarding the large internal battery present in the Mod.

► XROS 4 Nano Kit; 1350mAh Battery:
On the side there is a recess for the collar (at the top), the power button and the Type-C 2A charging port. Vaporesso XROS 4 Nano boasts a 1350mAh battery, which is larger than all other XROS models. Vaporesso claims that charging takes only 20 minutes to reach 80% battery from 0%. While to fully charge the vaporizer to 100%, it takes about 40 minutes, also during charging you can see on the display the useful estimate of how long it will take for a full charge.

► XROS 4 Nano Kit; Adjustable Airflow:
On the opposite side we find a sturdy sliding button arranged in a vertical slot; depending on your preferences and the type of cartridge used, you can go from a tight RDL draw to a perfect MTL draw. The airflow adjustment is solid and stable and once it is set, it does not tend to move during transport.

Sourcemore for this test sent me the "Camuflage" color version of the XROS 4 Nano which is very well decorated with the transfer of images "under the skin" thanks to the IML processing of the plastic of which Vaporesso is an undisputed master. The side panel of the device houses the large and round 1.3-inch TFT color screen. The information shown is complete. In addition, the screen is bright, easy to read, and the 3 different animations are impressive and really well-crafted.

► XROS 4 Nano Kit; Operating Guide:
After turning on the device with the classic 5 clicks on the fire button, you are greeted by the default animation, you can change the animation (Planet, Motorcycle, Flower) with two clicks, or you can completely disable the animation for greater energy saving. Vaporesso XROS 4 Nano has a dual activation mode, via button or direct inhalation. You can lock/unlock the mod with 4 clicks and only the automatic shot will remain active, with the device unlocked you can vary the power by 1W at a time with each subsequent click. With 3 clicks you can enter the menu and select one of the 3 available delivery modes; Normal, Eco (for battery saving) and Power (with boost for larger clouds but with greater battery consumption).

The Cartridge compartment on XROS 4 Nano Mod has two magnets, two pins, the channeled air duct, and a small sensor that creates the depression necessary for the activation of the automatic shot. The cartridge with its two mirror magnets to those in the compartment/pod fits into the mod in a simple and stable way.

► XROS 4 Nano Kit; Pod:
Vaporesso XROS 4 Nano comes with 2 pods included, both are mesh. The 0.6Ω cartridge is pre-installed, while the 0.8Ω cartridge is a spare. Both of these cartridges are designed for MTL and RDL vaping, depending on the airflow setting. Vaporesso recommends using these cartridges in combination with 50/50 freebase e-liquid. The only downside is that XROS 4 Nano reaches 30W max power, and that's why I would have preferred a 0.4Ω cartridge to be included in the package, which would have undoubtedly been suitable for exploiting the full power of this kit. The cartridge contains up to 3ml of e-liquid and is made of transparent PCTG, the system called "shell pod opening" guarantees an excellent seal and also a quick refill. The spout is comfortable for the lips, and has an internal hole of about 2mm, the multilayer silicone inside the cartridge prevents leaks, furthermore with the ultrasonic processing of the airways the reliability and the correct supply of air to the coil is guaranteed.

Another thing that I really like about the XROS Pod line is that the new cartridges are compatible with all previous XROS devices, so we have several options to choose from for the cartridges.

This device has several aspects going for it: The construction quality is robust, as demonstrated by the weight of 100g which is not a small amount for such a small device. Small yes, but it is impressive how the Mod manages to easily incorporate a "large" internal battery of 1350 mAh. This battery guarantees the user on the move an excellent autonomy away from recharging. The 1.3" color screen offers 3 beautiful animations to choose from, depending on the day or emotional state. The security options include the ability to lock the Fire button when you put the device in your pocket, furthermore the chipset allows you to select, in addition to the "normal" delivery mode, the power mode for a more aggressive vape and with a greater load of vapor, or you can select the ECO mode for energy saving in favor of greater autonomy and prolonged vape. The airflow regulation system with slider, allows you to perfectly calibrate the shot you want to obtain based on the cartridge you are using, the cartridges are easy to fill and the integrated coils with mesh system guarantee excellent flavor and a large amount of vapor. To conclude, I believe that XROS 4 Nano is a kit particularly suitable for vapers (MTL and RDL) who are looking for something with a cool look, much more refined and customizable than a normal pod kit.
