And that bubble glass will eventually break even if you can still get coils. I see 6 options
1. Same type of device; built in battery with some sort of usb charge
2. Same type of device but replaceable 18650 (or bigger) with a 510 connector and whatever atty you want
3. #2, but add 3 batteries and a charger so you can swap batteries and it’s always charged (more money up front but better experience)
4. #3 but add another battery (so 4) and do a double battery mod (lasts longer without changing batteries. Often all day)
5. #3 but a squonker and RDA. (What I use). I saw a dual battery squonker (so #4 variant) at 3Fvape for $20 recently. $15 for the charger, $5 a piece for the batteries (do NOT order from eBay or Amazon, use @Mooch ‘s list of trusted vendors), and around $30 h ore or less. They vary a lot). Any way you go except #1 & 2 it’s gonna be like $70+ total. Unless you do clones.
6. #2 but a Boro style thing (even more money. I spent $130 for a mid grade rig)
Myself Im quite fond of single battery 21700 squonks. The Boro thing is growing on me.
I haven’t shopped for this sort of thing in a while, but geekvape used to do a decent single battery 18650.

That’s about $60 all in with the big batteries. That and a bag of organic cotton balls, and some premade coils (not coil cartridges, coils) and it will last you as long as the batteries and coils do. Subohm exotic coils go anywhere from a month to a year apice. Batteries afaik are basically safe till they don’t hold a charge if you leave em overnight (about a year and a half of solid use is common so with this rig about 3? Ymmv. With the cotton ball rewicking uses about a third of a cotton ball. It took me 8 years to use up a bag I bought at target for a few dollars.
3 years of disposables varies, but one person was doing $600\mo so 3 years of those is ~21k so a low end new car

Ah. So ailexpress is your friend then. There’s a lot of stuff on aliexpress that is obfuscated. Motorcycle parts for example was big last year. I don’t know about now
Have you tried ordering directly from vaporesso? I've gotten good service from them. Shipping to the USA is reasonable. Can't hurt to check it out and see what shipping would cost to you.
