I would think only condensation. Let us know here what you end up figuring out on it.
Im my case, there is a considerable amount of liquid, this seems to flood the coil and I have splitback, it also ends up leaking the excess through the four holes of the air inlet, apparently, it is not having the correct seal in the first seal ring, staying still in the second, if it were using an old model coil, it most likely would have leaked completely.

First of all as Hittman asked are you running the coils at the recommended wattage because any coil will leak if you don't, second are you letting the device sit idle for any length of time because that will cause it to leak also. If you're not doing anything that I just mentioned then I would try another pod as well as another coil. I have never had any leaks unless it sat idle for a length of time.

Yes, I use the coil only at the recommended wattage. I don't leave much time unused, it happens as soon as I fill it up and sometimes during use.. I will test another pod.

I think you have a faulty coil or pod or possibly both then, since the wattage your using is correct and it isn't sitting idle that can be the only answer.

Come on, today I got a new pod, I got a new coil in the same kit I was already using and started using it, I already noticed a difference when fitting the coil, it seems to have fitted tighter. I filled the pod with the same liquid and noticed that there was nothing liquid to the bottom, everything was stored in the top of the pod, before the first sealing ring. After a little use, I no longer had splitback and now I am having an excellent experience with the PM40. I'll wait for that coil to finish and test with a new one to see if it was just in pod my problem. Strange that the two pods that came in my kit were in trouble, one more than the other, but they were. Now is to continue testing. Thank you all for help!

I'm glad you're getting it worked out. I'm not totally surprised about the pods that came with the kit. I tried two different innokin kits and the coils included flooded and leaked even though everyone went on and on about how great the coils were. I finally ordered a box of coils and they were great. I think sometimes either bad tooling or something happens at a factory and it's not caught right away.

I'm really having the pleasure of using this kit really now and it's wonderful. Today I had a little leak just when filling, but I think it's because my coil is already running out and flooded. The good thing is that I still didn't have any splitback. The kit is really good.
I'm really glad that you are enjoying it because it's a great little device as you are now experiencing.

I have bought 2 of this pod system which I received 2 days ago. Very disappointing I received the first batch version of the devices and very disappointed with the battery life. As u mentioned, this devices have battery issues with 5% life drop every 20 puffs. I have contacted the seller of this product and informed them about the issue and I get no response from them. I even want to send them back but because I order them through aliexpress from Vaporesso Autorized store, big chance that will go wrong with the transit and will lose the devices not that are worth holding on to them. The money paid I already lost because the functionality of this devices.
Do u have good advice on how to solve this problem? Should I just forget about the unjustified sold products and throw away the devices and buy others from another store? I have already sent an email to vaporesso and they haven't replied to me.

    Greetings,

I would contact the Vaporesso brand representative here at ECF and talk to her about the problem, I think you received a first run batch, the problem was supposed to be corrected.
If the problem could be corrected that will be great because I find it hard to believe or accept that a 1800 mah device can die within 3 or 4 hours and also because I always enjoy vaporesso products. Their coils are just super tasteful. My very first vape device was vaporesso gtx one.

I really appreciate your effort. Thank u for your response.

Vaporesso is a very good company and if something is wrong they will correct it, they are one of the few vaping manufacturers that actually listen to the customers to try and make things better, and they are always raising the bar with vape products. Direct message Vaporesso's rep here in the brands connect section. I'm sure everything will be taken care of.
