Vaporesso Gen mod firmware update!

I've been trying out v1.3 and so far it's been working well in STC when I'm using SS. It's reliably recognizing that it's a TC wire and, once I adjust the temp from what it defaults to, has been vaping well. That's a far cry from past firmware where it would not even recognize SS as a TC wire the majority of the time.

Unfortunately, STC is still not working with Ni200. While it reliably recognizes it as a TC wire and goes into STC mode, it produces absolutely zero output even if the temp is cranked to the max. That's the same behavior as prior firmware. It works fine with Ni200 under DIY mode -- the same coil it fails to fire in STC works perfectly in DIY mode.

Still, the improvement in STC, even if it's just for SS, is very nice to have.

- show Voltage in watt/pulse mode, or Watt in voltage mode
it still can fit in the bottom right corner, or make watt smaller indicator

Você precisa tirar as baterias e conectar o mod ao pc segurando o botão de fire pra ele ser reconhecido, aí espera o driver instalar e tá tranquilo. Fale em inglês no fórum que fica mais fácil de responderem

- high resistance reading
- no screen time out option
- no stealth mode option
- my screen always on while vaping
- no firmware version stated in website
- no use for (power & - or +) (- & +) (mode & - & +) buttons
- no amps or volt appears on screen
- lack of customizability on mod or pc program

vaporesso what's so wrong with you ! this is my first experience coming from 3 years old mod !!

Do you know if in the new firmware they solved the resistance reading? @Vaporesso_Chelsea

Just bought this mod and updated the firmware to v1.3. Smart mode works better but I've noticed the first hit after the display has gone off is really weak. After this it vapes fine until screen goes off and it happens again. Does this in both smart and diy tc modes. Shame as other vaporesso mods are pretty good. This one sucks @Vaporesso_Chelsea

By the review of djlsb gen is underpowered on some resistances at 110w and 220w, that will get fixed @Vaporesso_Chelsea?

I confirmed with our engineers that this new firmware fixed the issue of STC and also the issue that it reads incorrectly with some of the tanks on. Please also try and let us know the feedback

Sorry for your trouble. Can you send a video to show the problem to our customer service? They will check it and then forward to our engineers to check

@Vaporesso_Chelsea I cant really video it? When the screen has timed out in any temp control mode(smart or diy ss) the first use the vapour is very weak as if the resistance or temp is wrong. After this, it works correctly until the screen goes to sleep again. Then it happens again ie weak first vape then is fine until the device sleeps. Theres no way to show this in a video

Buenas tardes compré el mi primer vaporesso gen, traía el firm 1.01 lo cual al probarlo por primera ves en modo pul me parecía igual o peor que el smok V8 el día de ayer actualice al último firm 1.3 y a cambiado totalmente, ahora me funciona genial y tiene muchísimo más sabor que el equipo anterior, desde ya gracias por el arreglar el firm, avisen si sale otro firm para seguir con el equipo bien actualizado saludos.
