Vaping with a Cold\Flu.

I quit analogs 7 months ago.This was my first time vaping with a Cold\Flu ,and there is absolutely zero flavor.Every one i know that smokes had the chest,head,lung symptoms.I only had head symptoms,but felt like crap.Iam just getting over it,and feel a lot better then they do.5 days of blah......................

My zero nic of peppermint helped.

You can google and see that there antimicrobial/antibacterial characteristics to PG and VG so even in sickness you're a lot better off vaping. Happy clouds!

I'm not a menthol person but I've read where others find vaping mentholated or peppermint type flavors helped their sinuses with a cold.

I used to smoke analogs through brutal chest colds and sinus infections (I tend to get 2-3 of each a year, I'm a sickly fellow). As Jay-Dub said, there has to be some benefit in that they're actually shorter lived than the colds I used to get when I smoked, or even the ones pre-smoking, as I'm sure the cancer sticks didn't help.

When I've had that in my past vaping life, I just took shorter draws and french-inhaled more often. Best of luck, hope you feel better soon.

I always have a tank filled with menthol when I'm sick. Really clears up my sinuses, like the vicks inhaler.

Wow I was just thinking about this as I do have a cold, its starting to pass but.
Whe I smoked the crap in my lungs didnt come up as easy as it does now.
Smoking just seemed to harden everything.

I was suffering through lung oysters all last week. Sometimes the cough behind them would just expel them without any additional force required (if you know what I'm talking about, good. If not, I won't explain it).

Anway, yeah menthol/mint will help clear those passages right up.

Menthol is the key to vaping with a cold. It's something that feels good when you are sick and not so tasty when you are well.

Someone ought to make a Hall's juice in regular and Cherry flavors!

I think the minty or mentholated flavors do help when I'm stuffed up. They open me right up and make breathing easier.

I vaped from my reject bin (flavors I don't like) during my recent head cold, since I couldn't taste a thing.

I've seen Eucalyptus flavors from some vendors, usually combined with a fruit. I wish I knew where to get DIY Eucalyptus. I think that might be soothing for a head/chest cold.
