If you really want to vape, why not try juice with 0mg of nicotine. You don't need the nic to enjoy the experience. Usually, when trying to work out which substance is problematic, you eliminate everything (don't vape at all), then introduce one thing at a time. So, perhaps 0mg of nic and Max VG juice ... Though as Susan said, it could be flavoring.

Could it be just getting used to nicotine cause I'm a non smoker and just started vaping about a month ago

Why the %&^$%ing blazes would you even start vaping nicotine if you are a non smoker?!!! Take it from me. I started smoking in 1980 when I was 13 years old, and haven't been able to toss the habit ever. It's cost's me tens of thousands of dollars, probably years off my life...and for WHAT!??? Of course nicotine makes you sick! It's a poison that can KILL you. The only reason I can see anyone vaping is to quit smoking! Do us all a favour and quit inhaling nicotine laced vapour while you still can. Give your E-cig to someone who is trying to quit smoking and never look back. I started vaping to save my life.....you started for what reason?

Not trying to be rude here......Just BRUTALLY honest!

I'm a very light ex smoker, I mix 6 drops of 12mg nicotine in my Evod tank which is 2/3rd full with zero nicotine juice, most of the time though I can get by with vaping zero nicotine juice.
Of course I don't recommend you vaping this way because I'm a newbie and don't know how this will affect my health in the future ,I would listen to those seasoned vapers who are telling you not to vape if you are not a smoker.

It helps to put that sort of details in the first post.

When the thread gets long, somebody who looks at the thread the first time my just read the first post and not bother trying to wade through all the other messages.

if you weren't a smoker, best to not use nicotine.
if you do use nicotine, then better to use low strength.
With higher power systems you also have to use lower strength.
