Does anyone have experience/tips with ordering & shipping eliquids to places like Turkey, or other places that seem to dislike ecigs? I've searched through the forums and see there are some from the area that can hopefully help.
I have a friend living in Istanbul, Turkey. Many normal companies don't like to ship there, let alone ecig. Mtbaker or Halo won't ship, etc. It's illegal to sell ecigs in stores, but a lot of the info on getting them online and stuff gets hazy. e.g.: "Electronic cigarettes cannot be sold in stores, however they can be purchased over the internet according to Phil in the comments (thanks!)."
Some say they order stuff and it never shows up, others say it's fine to do but I haven't been able to find any stories of people doing it successfully. Last year they did receive a small kit with some cartos as part of a care package, and were able to quit analogs for several months. This year I sent an ego kit + coils + several relabeled 15ml bottles of liquid this year and it'll hopefully make it, but would like advice/options to pass onto them so in 2 months they aren't back on analogs.
