I actually still
vape mtl the majority of the time. However, I cannot
vape over 12mg with the 1.5 coil in there. And, right now only have a little of 12mg left. So, really gonna try and quit with what I have as just don't have the extra money to go out and
buy a ton of stuff. Thanks!
When I quit, I tried to get off cigarettes right away. I had the thought that I had colorectal cancer pushing me to quit smoking and nicotine.
I could only vape 11mg and that was with eGo-C kits. I would be sick every morning and my body knew a cigarette would help. I would use 18mg to get over that cigarette/half a cigarette, but it didn't take much 18mg to add being nicotine sick to the physical sick.
When I wanted to move up to 18mg it was after 5-6months waiting for colonoscopy/diagnosis of being mostly 0mg (I would still feel sick in the mornings and used 5mg to help). 11mg was like I was never at 0mg, I'd have to try to get over nic'ed. 18mg was similar as never being at 0mg. I'd grab my 18mg tank and take a few puffs pushing being over nic'ed and go back to my 11mg. Pushing the amount I used 18mg until that was all I was using, it took about a month.
I realize most people don't have a medical need (I was still bleeding on my 1st meds and with the diagnosis CNS gave me the go ahead to add nicotine, I had heard from others 18mg was their magic number and the UC studies with nicotine said nicotine alone didn't work, nicotine with the drug I was one worked better than the drug alone), but maybe there's some benefit in there for playing with nicotine levels to quit.
When I went to 0mg in the early days I would do similar to get used to cutting it, have a high nicotine flavor and low nicotine flavors to bounce between (now I can just cut nicotine).
Good luck with the move. Once you go without buying cigarettes you can use that money for liquids.
