I can, however, vouch for Tasty Vapor in general, although I haven't specifically had the vanilla custard yet.

Nicoticket Custard's Last Stand. They steep their own vanilla beans in house to make the extract. I'd be surprised if you could find a better vanilla anywhere across the globe.
