I've had a uwell Crown v1 for about a month paired with an evic basic, and since the first day Ive had leaking from the airflow holes after opening them up when I fill it up from the top(with closed airflow of course) Ive checked the o-rings and they all seem to be intact, and tried all the 3 coils that came in the box(currently using the ni200 one, seems to have less leaking but it still leaks). What can I do?

I should add that when I fill from the bottom theres absolutely no issues

I haven't had this issue, so unfortunately I can't help. The only leak I have ever gotten was driving through the mountains with all of the elevation changes

As hard as I fought the point that this is a top fill tank and I was be damned if I was going to fill it from the bottom, I fill it from the bottom. This solves the issue of leaking from the air flow holes.
I never had a terrible time with leaking though filling from the top. I would get a little weeping from around the air flow but not a steady leak.
If you continue to fill from the top do a few things that may help
-close off air flow, I know you already stated you did
-after filling turn the tank and mod upside down for a few seconds
-open the air flow to 1/4 way and take a few draws without firing the mod. This will restore a litttle of the vacuum lost from opening the top
Hope this helps. The Crown is a wonderful and flavorful tank that I still use almost daily.
Yeah if I keep the airflow closed throughout the whole process it only drips out a few drops when tilted. But its still pretty annoying to place it in my pocket and pick it up wet. Its definetely a great tank and the top filling would be amazing if it worked correctly. I will try your tips and report back, thanks for the help!

Just tried your method and juice dropped from the drip tip once i turned it upside down.. Looks like a flooding issue and i dont understand why[emoji53] (i made sure not to drop any juice in the middle hole of course)

I've always had decent luck with the Crown stock coils. I think someone said above that the quality may have gone down a bit. Too little cotton and you get some flooding or spit back. Too much cotton and it can't keep up and you get a dry hit.
How do you break your coils in? Juice the cotton up, fill tank and let it sit for 10 or so minutes, start out at 30 watts and vape 4-5 times and then bump the wattage up 2 watts and repeat?

I break them in exactly as you mentioned. Anyway i think Ill have to stick with bottom filling for now until I find a solution, thanks for the help!

The reason it is flooding is that the inner shaft has come loose.
I got two of the v1 crowns and i didnt have issue until 9 months into using them IIRC?
After many tests and reading what others were saying, i came to the conclusions the flooding when top filling was happening due to the inner pressue being gushed through the loose inner joint that is half way up the shaft.
What i did was to make it permanently stuck together with some careful placement of glue. I havent had a leak since and its been many months now.. i still use this tank on a daily basis. HTH!
Although this may not be at all helpful I thought I would share my experience with my 2 Crown v1 tanks. I had lots of leaking from the air holes on both tanks when they were new. I was able to slow this down by using the method described above. I closed the air flow when filling then turned them upside down for a few seconds then right side up and opened the air flow all the way. That usually worked. I finally realized that the most important issue was to only to fill when the tanks were at room temperature. If you fill them soon after vaping they will always leaks from the contact with the warm liquid in the tank.
I keep both Crown tanks in rotation and have had no leaks since following those procedures over several months of use.

Quite helpful! I had forgot about that. I never fill a tank that I just vaped on.
That makes sense, thank you! Ill see what I can do though as I dont feel comfortable putting glue in my tank ill probably mess it up haha. Thanks for the help

Ill try to wait a bit before refilling next time i need to, I usually chain vape when Im at home so I just stop vaping refill it real quick and then keep going. Ill see if thats the issue, thanks!
