Nice idea, but I'm giving this one a pass unless they can resolve the battery part.
You see, the battery for the vape also powers the watch as well, and you know what happens to pod system batteries after a couple of months - they wear out, you can't replace them and you chuck it away to get another.

So, UWell expects us to chuck away a watch every few months or so?

I think the watch function is complimentary, so when the device can't vape anymore, you chuck the entire thing in the bin.

I just want to add that, in my experience, all internal battery devices keep finding novel ways to end their services well before the battery reaches the cycle-end-of-life (100 full cycles give-or-take).

I'm am going to pass on this one. It reminds me of a (Swan-song) mod device, the one with an embedded Bluetooth speaker - which had a similar, very narrow market acceptance.

Things may be different in the Far East of Asia, where the novelty and impulse-buys are still strong market drivers.

My Aspire Nautilus AIO lasted about 8 months before it couldn't hold a charge anymore, so I'm thinking of chucking it, since you can't replace the batteries, and this leads me to a question which I am sure many also ask - what is the best way to recharge these non-replaceable battery pods so that they last longer?

Not sure. With phones and such, I think the recommendation is to avoid plugging them in overnight, every night if you're interested in preserving the battery life. Also, don't discharge it/use it all the way down - regular, shorter top ups are supposed to be better. Worth checking BatteryUniversity or something.

I would probably suggest a slower charge, so use a charger that doesn't draw much energy at all. I do that with most of my internal battery mods. I haven't had one fail on me yet.

I suppose usage would also depend on how hard one uses it. But a slower charge is a better charge... I think that holds true for internal battery setups?

However, just like all things in life, it will eventually die. This is also true for many external battery mods, though not all. So it just kind of depends.
