UD Bellus

Just got one of these to review from UD (creators of the Goliath V1/V2, Goblin, Goblin Mini and Zephyrus). It looks like the Bellus is UD's response to the Aromamizer from SteamCrave, which could be pretty exciting.

I haven't cracked it open quite yet, but I figured I'd start a post about it to share my thoughts once I get it up and running (probably tomorrow) and for others to chime in, as I'm sure I'm not the only one to get one.

The Aromamizer is currently my daily driver, and is my favorite rta to date, so I should be able to compare the vape quality off the two pretty easily.

If you already have the Aromamizer you will hate this. Bellus is an awful RTA, nothing but trouble. That said, I will be happy to take it off your hands.

U went to Fasttech last night and looked at the Bells but could not see decent pictures of the deck

I have it soaking right now. It smelled pretty bad. Plus they appeared to have tested it before sending it out, as there was residual juice left in it. That's some pretty good QC to me lol.

Pretty easy to take apart. A lot easier than the Goliath v2. The deck looks like the Goliath v2 deck, minus the airflow holes under the coils (this tank has side airflow, like the Aromamizer)

Also, something I noticed when I took it apart - it's top-fill! I didn't know that initially, as I hadn't researched this product at all. It just showed up lol. It also has that spiral design on the inside of the chimney/drip tip - something I loved about the Goliath v2!

Also something else to mention - there's a locking ring around the 510 - as in, the bottom section of the tank unscrews, and then you pull the deck out (it's press fit). I love that idea because now you can unscrew the base of the tank without the deck unscrewing too (something very common in the Goliath v2 and Aromamizer.)

I'll upload a picture of the back of the packaging so you can see all the parts and how to break it down. So far I like the look of it and its construction. Can't wait to see how it vapes.

I contacted a sales rep. from youde on facebook yesterday. I asked him for spare screws and seals for g.mini. He mentioned sending out the Bellus to be reviewed. Must of meant to ecf members. Say's coming out in October. So hows the vape (Two_Bears)?

The vape is fine on my GMini and Kayfun Lite + w Bell cap.

Yeah. Tried the goliath v2 with same build as g.mini (single 26ga. 7wraps 22mm driver(.85ohms).Did not get anywhere near same flavor as g.mini. So now will build an Aqua 2. Knowing it's not the same as an rta were discuss. Trying to find spare screws and glass/tank seals for the mini but not having much luck.

The screws you will want for the mini are M2 x 4mm grub screws. Anything with a Phillips head will be too big and since UDs small head Phillips screws seem to be proprietary on the goblin series the grubs are your best bet (I prefer them anyways as they can be torqued down more). Search bolt base on eBay and you should be able to find a 30pk of SS ones for ~$3.75 shipped.

As for seals you are best off finding the cheapest Clone that you can and using it just for backup parts. That is what I do personally.

I was expecting the flavor of the Goliath V2 not to be as good as the GMini just because the Goliath is taller and distance and improper wicking can be a flavor killer. That is why I keep saying I am going to use the GMini till I strip the threads.
