tornado ex2 won't work !

Hi, I have 2 tornado ex2 vapes and neither of them are working, I have charged them and pressed the button fast 5 times and tried to use them both on numerous occasions and nothing is happening ! would be grateful for any suggestions ....

Did you get these from Total Wicked? I saw on their website that there may be a problem with bunk coils. Are your batteries lighting up at all?

Welcome to ECF, Kirstie. Make sure the 5 clicks aren't too close together or far apart. A friend of mine had a problem a while ago where she was was doing the 5 click power on thing too fast.

Another reviewer said to click the button 3x to turn off, then hold the button down until it turns white.

Best bet is to contact totally wicked. They know that product better than anyone else.

If totally dead, and no lights at all, then hopefully they will replace the units.
