Thanks to Mamu and Scubabatdan for coming up with the perfect ratios for cutting the potent menthol crystals and tobacco absolute. I think I found my all-day vape FINALLY.

tobacco (Menthol) ~18mg (~6ml)

4.5ml 24mg unflavored e-liquid
1.5ml VG
10 drops diluted tobacco absolute mix (see below)
6 drops diluted menthol drops mix (see below)

1 drop tobacco absolute
5ml PGA (I used 151 as we can not get 190 proof PGA in Minnesota)

2.5ml finely crushed menthol crystals
7.5ml PGA (again, I used 151 for this)

The result is a nice rich tobacco flavor with a cooling mint flavor, neither is overpowering, they just blend so perfectly together.

My cigarette of choice before I began vaping was Marlboro Light Menthol. This menthol is just a touch weaker than those. The tobacco flavor is so much more rich and robust.

I've been vaping this for about 2 hours now at 6V and it is absolutely fantastic.
